very beautiful

I like this shot as it is. But, when it comes to post processing my only suggestion is to experiment. The great thing about digital photography is that you can experiment and then undo and experiment again! But, of course you know that. Have some fun!!!

A nice spin on yesterdays shot! i agree with Craig, experiment and read. Thanks for telling me the name of the tree.

I like the sky and the lighting, it's all very interesting.

This shot is beautiful as it is. I wouldn't process it!

I like this a little bit more...

like a lomographyc shot!really nice

@Alex: thanks. i'd never heard of lomography before. looked it up but i'm not sure i totally understand it yet. i'll have to read more. thanks again!
Yesterday's was very good, but if I had to choose, I would go for this present interpretation of the scene because I find it to be more dramatic and stylised due to the strong graphic look that it has. I don't think you need to go any further in postprocessing.

Very nice shot! the sky is great!

A great shot, it looks like the trees are coming to get you!
In answer to your question of where I got the title for my post today. I thought the little Monkey had a smile like the lady in the famous painting "The Mona Lisa" :)

I like this one even better than yesterday's shot. There really is something magical about these trees, and the deep blue frames them so beautifully here.

i love this...the trees are so interesting and i love the lighting.

I agree with Alex on the Lomography look. But you need warp the trees by a lot to make it a "true" lomo pic ;) But I like this shot as is, beautiful blue sky and black silouette.

I think this is the stronger shot (compared with yesterdays) because it has a stronger mood. But I would have tried to include more of the bench, as in yesterday's. As to processing, I always figure the best way to "process" an image is to see it "right" when you're taking the photo. Later, post-processing effects can be great, but they can't rescue a photo that's not strong.

wow...very nice shot! i like the lighting...and interesting trees. ;)

nice silhouettes.

I think I prefer this one to yesterday's. I think the visibility of the bench in the other photo draws attention away from the whole image --shapes, form, color.

Haha, cool. The branches peeking out the top of the fence (bench?) looked like little dancing gnomes at first glance.

I think I like this darker version.

Silhouettes like chinese shadows, very nice

Very amazing scene, especially love the sky - the trees almost appear as candelabras
