yesterday, i got an e-mail from someone saying i'd been the first to comment on their new blog, which made me wonder who the first person to comment on my blog was. i remember having been excited to get a comment but had forgotten who left it. so i went to my 'comments' section, clicked 'view all' and had to hit 'next' 98 times, upon which I discovered that, on October 27, 2007, the first commenter on my blog was.... Daryl (aka Daroru)! thought i would say thanks!

sorry, not able to respond to comments the next few days, back sunday or monday.

there's an easier way, danthro, to go back to that 1st comment. click on img at the top right, and then click back through each of the calendars. if, for example, you click on the 1st of june, then may will show. 1st of may, april will show. assuming you haven't been on here for too long, you should be able to work your way back with 10 or so clicks.

anyway, nice image here. love the metallic texture.
