Ralph Nader reviews his notes and listens as the Peace and Freedom Party delegates caucus.
A plug for my all-time favorite movie.
Nader/Gonzalez series from the weekend of their historic California Peace & Freedom Party nomination for President/Vice President of the United States of America.
too much going on right now, so i haven't been able to catch up on everyone's blogs--and it's looking like it's only going to get worse. this is actually exciting for other aspects of my life but something has to give... i'll still be posting photos as i can, but since photoblogging is supposed to be my stress relief, not a source of stress (e.g. feeling bad when i'm unable to respond to comments or follow your work--not only because i so appreciate your having doing that for my work but also because i enjoy seeing and being inspired by yours), this will unfortunately have to be one of the things that 'gives.' again, danthro is not disappearing, just appearing less.
Comments, feedback, criticism, suggestions, etc. are always appreciated. Thanks! Image too large? Click the 'small' link in the bottom right corner for a smaller view.

Nice documentary photo. Nader does not look happy, so much of what he says makes sense. It goes to show how few understand the times and the systems that maintain the status quo.

He looks a bit tired ...

He looks beat and by that I mean he looks weary.

Nice shot of this "unreasonable man." I'm not getting weary ... I'm thinking determined ...

Terrific editorial photograph - appears as if he is carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders already.

This one looks a little noisy. I haven't tried it yet, but since I like ambient light and high ISO's, I thinking about getting some special NR software.

@Twelvebit: yeah, it looked a lot more noisy before i processed it, but i liked the expression of how focused he was on what he was doing (though I guess some people couldn't tell he was reading and didn't see my description so they saw him as more 'tired') and the light and color (didn't even do a selective color adjustment, which i always do). i may have asked this before, but what does NR stand for again?
NR=noise reduction. I can't believe how many typos I made in leaving comments.
