untitled elementary school closing 8

went to see someone who lives near an elementary school i attended. he mentioned it's being closed so i decided to take some photos for a series...

this is, like the sign says, the entrance to the Multi-Purpose room or 'MPR', where we had science fairs (i especially remember the radio and calculator my dad helped me build), learned not to do drugs, put on musicals, watched Shakespearean plays, and lots of other stuff. i remember that door seemed so high, and that staff bathroom entrance so important, not so anymore...

sorry i'm not able to catch up on everyone's blogs as i'd like to, focusing on other pursuits more now.
