too much going on right now, so i haven't been able to catch up on everyone's blogs--and it's looking like it's only going to get worse. this is actually exciting for other aspects of my life but something has to give... i'll still be posting photos as i can, but since photoblogging is supposed to be my stress relief, not a source of stress (e.g. feeling bad when i'm unable to respond to comments or follow your work--not only because i so appreciate your having doing that for my work but also because i enjoy seeing and being inspired by yours), this will unfortunately have to be one of the things that 'gives.' again, danthro is not disappearing, just appearing less.
Comments, feedback, criticism, suggestions, etc. are always appreciated. Thanks! Image too large? Click the 'small' link in the bottom right corner for a smaller view.

hehe -- i feel ya! this is certainly a second day job -- eh? ;) a wonderful shot this -- humorous too! love all the hard lines... and then the awkward and semi floppy loop of 'warning' tape! hope you get caught up!

Warmly greetings too you, hope you soon feeling better. Like the shadows and the simplicity in this photo.

what a great catch! really well seen and captured!

I like the lines as well, especially the shadow beneath the bench. Apparently, some of the boards needs replacing. You'd think it'd be easier to haul it in to the shop to repair it than having to place that awful tape around it to deter people from sitting on it. :) Nice find.

Great composition made of lines, cleverly punctuated by the round garbage.

You do what you have to do. I look forward to whatever posts you can make.
I think this is effective. Nice lines.

Well...looks like a crime scene to me:-) You find the neatest things.

great lines - I like the echo between the bench's strong shadow and the fence.

This bench is clearly out of commission while generating those new shadows !
